Originally from India, the land of mysticism and magic, Srinjoy was born into a family of artists. Growing up in an expansively creative environment, he realized from a young age that he too was born to be an artist. Srinjoy has traveled the world from East to West and has worked under the tutelage of many renowned modern, street, and pop artists including the internationally famous and critically acclaimed Craig Alan.
The overarching pursuit of Srinjoy's work is examining the theme of 'Utopia' in a contemporary context through map and model making. His influences range from Pop Culture to Deep Ecology. At times, his work simply holds a mirror to reflect the contemporary experience. In other instances, the art takes the viewer to into an alternate world. The Utopian impulse explores the tension between the extreme desire to materialize the ideal and, on the other hand, the infinite possibility of conceiving the perfect

Srinjoy earned his Master of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Atlanta, GA in 2015. While at SCAD, Srinjoy was selected by a jury of scholars and art patrons for a prestigious residency at the Elizabeth Foundation of Arts in New York. His evocative artworks have been exhibited at major galleries and exhibitions globally, and he has been written about in major industry publications. He has won prestigious awards and is highly regarded by art work experts internationally. His work has been exhibited in many major galleries in the United States and across the globe. Srinjoy was a finalist nominated for India's National Art Award. Srinjoy's art was featured in the 2017 Tulip Award Winner Interior Design at the 'Mansion in May' Designer Showhouse in Morristown, New Jersey’s historic Alnwick Hall. The artist was selected as a finalist in the juried 2017 Bombay Sapphire Artisan series and exhibited in Mason Fine Art, Atlanta.
